Through our booking system we collect the following personal data from users who submit them voluntarily in order to make a booking: name, address, email, telephone number, ID card or passport number, nationality and age.

Data identifying our website users as they make a booking is legally required to be contained in scooter rental contracts that are to be subsequently signed. Contact details are necessary for us to get in touch with you when needed: to send you your booking confirmation, signed contract and receipts and any other communication that may be necessary in connexion with your booking. We may also use your contact details to send you an email with tips for activities in the area and a thank you email reminding you that you can evaluate us on social media platforms.

Customer data is collected through a third-party, Taste of Provence, which supplies our booking system, Bike Rental Manager. Please consult their legal Data Processing Addendum for information on their treatment of your data. Your card details, to which we have no direct access, are encrypted and stored by our third-party payments providers: Stripe. See their privacy policy here .

Our website servers do not hold any of your information at any time. Our company uses Dropbox and Apple cloud storing services to store our customer data safely and has a rigorous system in place that prevents any third-parties from accessing said data. The data thus stored is not share with any third-party and is only used as required for our dealings with our customers and for internal business analysis.

We are legally obliged to hold all rental contracts for a period of two years, and therefore all information contained therein. Our rental contracts and the data contained within them could be shared upon request with the Portuguese authorities if legally required. Our client’s personal data will remain stored in our systems for the same time period for which it is obligatory that we keep our rental contracts, after which they will be deleted together with the contracts.
